My wife Vera and I have been amazed at how well everything has gone. All our pickups and organised excursions have been operated with immaculate timing and efficiency and for the whole time we have been here, we have been looked after extremely well.

All the hotels have been most satisfactory. The heritage at Christchurch was very nice indeed but our favourite was the Trailways Motor Inn at Nelson. The staff there were so helpful and the food, especially breakfast, was the best we encountered anywhere. The accommodation was exceptionally good, right down to the underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

All the excursions you arranged for us were most enjoyable and we have had a really good time in New Zealand. 

We would like to thank Madri Bowmont of Emerald Global for her input to what has been a successful trip. We shall certainly recommend ATS Pacific New Zealand and Emerald Global to our friends.

I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I was with all the arrangements for our trip to Japan.  The schedule was super and everything worked like clockwork Our guide, Mrs. Satoko Yoshino, was excellent.  She was very professional, looked after us very well and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Japanese history and culture.  She was also extremely flexible and accommodating when asked to make some changes to the itinerary.  It was a pleasure to have her accompanying us during our trip.
